About HABACHIHANA GRILL

Your first trust Habachi Grill in Los Angeles . We provide our customers Top quality Habachi consistently . We value and appreciate you all

Located at 1045 S Hill St, Los Angeles, CA 90015, HABACHIHANA GRILL operates as a japanese serving Los Angeles in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Los Angeles, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 am–2 am. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (213) 433-8638. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 370 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Traffic in Los Angeles peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Listen, I know I skipped the Salaam Cola the first time too. The worker recommended it to me and I passed on it. A couple months later, me and my husband came back for our anniversary and finally decided to try it. Delicious. It’s smoother and lighter tasting than a Coca-Cola, not as sweet, and honestly? Better. Super refreshing and one of those drinks you keep thinking about after. Also, their sauces deserve their own review at this point. I’ve tried several now. The Diablo sauce was amazing, but I wanted something even spicier, so she let me try the Garlic Chili sauce and the sriracha too. The sriracha definitely brings more heat if that’s what you’re looking for, but that Garlic Chili sauce??? MWAH. Perfect with the rice. Like genuinely the perfect addition. The food has been amazing every single time. Everything tastes fresh n flavorful. The downtown vibe is great, the portions are solid and the staff has always been friendly whenever we’ve gone. Definitely one of my favorite spots downtown!!

love this place! I ordered the New York Steak bowl and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor was amazing and everything tasted super fresh. Definitely coming back! Also, the Yum yum sauce is good too.

Happened to walk by and stumbled accross this gem. I Never seen this spot tbh and I know hibachi-anything is usually fire but man, this spot packs a mean shrimp bowl!! Shrimps were massive, fried rice was insanely high quality, and veggies had a near perfect finish. Every bite was INTENSE, FLAVOURFULL, AND FILLING! Zee placed my order and recommended their Diablo Sauce and maaaan! It slapped harder than yo momma after u come home drvnk haaaaa!! Prices are what most could consider higher but their premium quality, QUANTITY, AND overall flavor make every dollar worth it!!! Also seen they close hella late so I think I may have found my go-to comfort food spot. Try it!!!!!

This review is based more on the overall cleanliness and pricing than the flavor of the food. While the dishes are well-cooked and packed with flavor, the exterior of the building and the outside seating area are extremely unkept—it honestly doesn’t look like they’ve been cleaned in quite some time. It gives off an unappealing first impression, and even when peeking through the window, the kitchen didn’t look much better. The food itself is tasty, though a bit on the salty side and definitely overpriced for what you get. A simple plate can easily run you upwards of $50–$100, especially if you opt for one of their drinks or specialty items. It’s more of a “once-in-a-while” spot or something you grab when you’re really craving it—not an everyday place. On a positive note, their customer service is great. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, which helps make up for some of the other shortcomings. With better upkeep and a bit more value for the price, this could easily be a 5-star spot.
